Acupressure Points For Cervical & Menstrual Problems (Period Pain)

Acupressure can help improve your body’s energy flow and bring balance to the hormonal fluctuations that can contribute to problems with your monthly period.

Using the right acupressure points can help relieve your muscular tension, which helps with period cramps and pain.

Regular use of acupressure can help stimulate the endocrine system of the body which will help balance your hormones in the long term, leading to more peaceful, less painful periods in the future.

Hormonal balance and muscle tension release will make the transition into your period as smooth as possible.

Acupressure can also help reduce constipation and bloating by relieving local tension in the digestive system.

Use the following acupressure points to relieve menstrual pain & related issues:

1. Spleen 12 & Spleen 13

Points on your back can be difficult to stimulate properly by yourself. One way is to lay down on your back and put your hands under the base of your spine, creating pressure at this area. Alternatively, get your spouse to massage this area for you.
